OVER THE PHONE SUPPORT
This type of support is when we troubleshoot an I.T. problem over the phone.
There is usually only so much we can troubleshoot while speaking on the phone, so either a quick fix can be found or a follow up appointment would be suggested.
Note: If at the end of the call the I.T. problem has been successfully resolved, a payment of £15 would be asked.
