How can I trust you?
Trust is paramount, even more so if you ask someone to assist with their computer or smartphone.
Before you decide to hire me please feel free to ask me for references.
Where would we meet?
Up to you, we could meet on site (at your house, in a café, co-working space) or on video call.
How does a remote session work?
You book a date & time from the following page.
If you need assistance with your smartphone or tablet you would need to download and install the HelpDesk Host app prior to the call -

At the agreed time I would call you, ask you to open a browser and give you a 9 digits code so I could so I can see your screen.
The session starts and is recorded.
At the end of the session the remote connection will be closed and I won't see your screen anymore.
The video recording is emailed to you so you can re-watch it in the future.
Will the video recording of our remote session also have sound?
Yes the video recording will have the sound track of our discussions during the session.
Which areas do you cover?
For on site visits I can visit you in South West or Central London.
For remote support I could connect to your device wherever you are in the world.
Can I change the nominated +1 person in my Gold DUO subscription?
Yes, at the end of each month you can change your nominated person.
Which languages do you speak?
I am fluent in English and French, and have some knowledge of German.
Are those services for me if I am a complete beginner?
As long as you have a connection to the internet you should benefit from those services.
You would always learn something new and gradually feel more empowered with your smartphone or computer.
Can you do hardware repairs?
No we do not do hardware repairs (e.g. replacing phone's broken screen, computer's faulty hard drive, .. ) but can recommend trusted partners.
Do you also provide services for companies or businesses?
